Mini Haul- Chicago

Stocking up for back-to-school would usually result in loads of products, but this year I am making it a goal to condense all of my makeup into one drawer. As much as I would've liked to grab every cute item off the shelves, I just decided to pick up some of my favorite things, and also testing out some new products as well.

{From left to right} Pore facial putty *Not really sure what the actual name is because there is no English description
Rosette Cleansing Paste- Kaidei Smooth
Porerina face wash
Koji Spring Heart wax eyebrow pencil-Light Brown
Dolly Wink false lashes- #10 Sweet Cat
Dolly Wink Eye Shadow palette- #01 Brown
MJCare Essence Korean face masks

I have always been a long-time fan of Dolly Wink products because not only is the packaging well-made and adorable, but the product itself is worth its expensive price. The lashes can last for almost up to a year (if they're well taken care of)and for a while now they have been sold in packs of two so that makes it extremely convenient for regular lash-wearers like myself.
I decided to go with style #10 because of the natural {ironic much?} placement of the hair. The end also makes a cat-eye effect so it'll be a good pair for those lazy-eyeliner days.
It will be my first time testing out the eye shadow palette, which has been highly recommended by my BFF Hime-Shrimp ^^. The natural tones will also make it everyday wearable for school.

The other new products that I am excited to test out are the Pore Putty, Rosette cleansing paste, and Porerina face wash.
The Pore Putty is an interesting product that requires you to massage it until it turns into a putty-like texture and apply it to the pores on your face. The sticky texture is suppose to go into the pores, pick out the dirt, and clean it out as it hardens. It claims to minimize the pores according to each use.
Although I am skeptical, it's definitely worth a try. Maybe a review later?

Lastly the Essence face masks were a last minute purchase, but I'm glad I picked them up because they'll be a perfect prep for the day before school starts! This brand is a favorite of mine for no particular reason. Very refreshing and a great way to do a quick facial.
